Exercise is Medicine
Exercise Physiology can help with a range of conditions
At our Hindmarsh Physiotherapy Clinic we also provide Exercise Physiology Services. Unlike a Personal Trainer, an Exercise Physiologist is a 4 year University qualified Allied Health Professional who specialises in the delivery of exercise, rehabilitation, lifestyle and behavioural modification programmes for the prevention and management of chronic disease.
Additionally we are qualified to provide strengthening and conditioning for personal fitness programmes and performance enhancement.
If you're living with a chronic condition, injury or illness, our Accredited Exercise Physiologist can help get you moving again. We understand the challenges and will work with you, and your other health professionals, to prescribe safe and effective exercise interventions.
What services do we offer
